The room featured soft bedding and ample storage. I found the bathroom spacious. It offered a separate bathtub and shower. Breakfast provided many options including fresh fruit, cheeses, and cooked-to-order eggs.
I noticed the absence of unexpired conditioner in the bathroom. The hotel only provided replacement body shampoo and shampoo when requested.

The hotel's location allowed easy access to public transportation. A tram stop outside the hotel facilitates movement around the area. Many shops are a short walk from the premises; these offer convenience for quick errands.

The hotel features a well-equipped gym. I saw three treadmills and two stationary bikes there. The breakfast buffet was diverse, including gluten-free options. The lobby impressed me, it has comfortable seating and a grand piano.
The air conditioning controls in my room were a bit difficult to understand.
